Hi, I’m Emily Michel, M.S., CCC-SLP.
I’m a licensed speech-language pathologist with a passion for helping people of all ages find their voice and use it with confidence.
For the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults in private practice settings — supporting clients through articulation challenges, language delays, autism, stuttering, and professional communication needs. I’ve always believed that communication is deeply personal, and every individual deserves a space where they feel understood, respected, and empowered.
As a therapist, my approach is collaborative, kind, and highly individualized. I tailor every session to meet your unique goals and needs, whether it’s helping a toddler say their first words, a child master tricky speech sounds, an autistic teen find connection through language, or an adult speak with clarity and ease in their career.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me cooking tacos in my kitchen, chasing sunsets in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, or spending time with my family. I’m also faith-focused and passionate about creating services that honor the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting your communication journey.
